Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our vibrant Business Solution Team. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity for a candidate to learn and grow in the field of business analysis. The Junior Business Analyst will work closely with senior team members to assist in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and contributing to the successful implementation of business solutions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Requirement Gathering and Documentation:
    • Collaborate with senior team members to gather and document business requirements
    • Assist in the preparation of comprehensive project documentation
  2. Data Analysis Support:
    • Work with data analysts to analyze and interpret data sets
    • Contribute to ensuring data quality and accuracy
  3. Process Mapping Assistance:
    • Support the mapping of current business processes and assist in identifying areas for improvement
    • Contribute to the design of optimized business processes
  4. Stakeholder Communication:
    • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams
    • Assist in conducting status meetings and providing updates on project progress
  5. Testing and Validation Support:
    • Assist in the development of test cases and participate in user acceptance testing
    • Validate that solutions meet business requirements and address identified issues
  6. Documentation Maintenance:
    • Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring its accuracy and relevance
    • Ensure documentation is accessible to relevant stakeholders
  7. Learning and Development:
    • Actively engage in learning opportunities to enhance business analysis skills
    • Seek mentorship from senior team members to accelerate professional growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies and tools
  • Exposure to CRM, ERP, or BI concepts is a plus
