Project Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities: 

  

  • Provide administrative support for designated Project Teams on regular reporting, correspondence exchange and document circulation
  • Manage internal databases and filing records to maintain proper documentation
  • Assist in adaptation of new programme/ systems in daily site matters
  • Provide occasional support for office administration matters
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks & assignments.

Requirements: 

  • Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 years’ administrative/ clerical experience; previous experience in interior contracting / construction firm will be an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing.
  • Good command of written English & Chinese.
  • Excellent attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Hardworking, self-motivated and able to work under pressure and independently.

CAD Designer (Fitting-out)

Responsibilities: 

  • Handle design and working drawings together with contract documentation.
  • Assist Design Manager in preparing sketches and design presentation for clients.
  • Plan and manage submission schedules for shop drawings to ensure design quality and alignment with client’s requirements.
  • Supervise the updates of shop drawings in accordance with latest design intention.

Requirements: 

  • Diploma holder in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent with knowledge in furniture design and building regulations.
  • At least 3 years working experience in Interior / fitting out work or construction field. Knowledge in furniture design and building regulations would be a plus.
  • High proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge in working drawings. Proficiency in SolidWorks would be a definite advantage.
  • Good presentation and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, mature, initiative and able to work under pressure.
  • Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua.
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Designer.

Assistant Project Manager/ Senior Site Supervisor

Responsibilities: 

  

  • Assist in overall project planning, scheduling, design & co-ordination for smooth implementation with the Project Management Team.
  • Supervise and monitor site progress to ensure the work quality, project schedule and cost-planning could totally compile with the required standards set by the management.
  • Liaise with both internal and external parties to facilitate communication and site progress.
  • Attend site meeting, monitor work progress and safety control measures on site.

Requirements: 

  • Degree / Higher Diploma holder of Building Studies or equivalent.
  • Over 6 years’ relevant experience in interior contracting field. Experience in metal works, metal cladding, shop front & curtain wall industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in the software of Primavera System Inc, Microsoft Project and AutoCad would be an advantage.
  • Good command in spoken and written English & Chinese.
  • Aggressive, self-motivated, well-organised and detail-minded.
  • Able to work independently and strong leadership, team building and interpersonal skills.
  • Candidate with less experience might be considered as Senior Site Supervisor.

Assistant Accountant/ Accountant

Responsibilities: 

  

  • Responsible for full set of accounting including month-end closing, group consolidation, cost analysis for management review
  • Prepare for statutory financial reports for all regulatory, tax and audit purpose
  • Assist to prepare project budget and cost report
  • Ensure compliance with Group Accounting Policy and statutory requirement
  • Maintain effective internal control systems
  • Assist for deployment of ERP system from a data, master data and process perspective
  • Coordinate with external auditor and tax consultant for year-end audit and tax computation

Requirements: 

  

  • Diploma of Accounting disciplines or above
  • Min. 5 years commercial accounting experience, preferably from construction industry and with audit background  
  • Ability to process and analyse diverse financial datasets
  • Proficient in MS office (e.g. Excel and Chinese Word Processing), experience in using Epcior is highly preferred.
  • Good command of spoken & written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Strong interpersonal skills, detail-minded and team player

Candidate with more experience might be considered as Accountant

Senior Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities: 

  • To handle all post-contract QS services, including contract administration, cost estimation & control, etc.
  • Liaise with client and manage subcontracting.
  • Deal with significant contractual issues including extensions of time, loss and or expense claims, terms and conditions etc.
  • Supervise a team of QS for daily operations.

Requirements: 

  • Degree / High diploma holder in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies or equivalent.
  • Professional Qualification, e.g. HKIS/RICS is preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years relevant working experience, in which at least 3 years at managerial level.
  • Experience in sizeable projects is essential, preferably gained with Consultant and / or Fitting-out Contractor.
  • Practical site experience is necessary, with excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, well-organized, responsible and able to work under pressure.
  • Well versed in MS Office applications.
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua, both written and spoken.
  • Candidates with more experience and qualification might be as considered as Quantity Surveying Manager.

Site Trainee

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist to monitor work progress and manage workmanship on site to ensure project quality could meet client’s standards.
  • Liaise with both internal (project team and design team) and external parties to facilitate site progress according to project schedule.
  • Assist to conduct safety control measures on site.
  • Handle site documents and assist to maintain proper documentation at site.

Requirements: 

  • Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies or equivalent.
  • Preferably with 1-2 years’ relevant working experience in interior contracting, yet fresh graduates would also be considered.
  • Knowledge of site measurement and quantity surveying is preferred.
  • Good communication and site management skills.
  • Self-motivated, independent, responsible and hardworking.
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities: 

  • Handle contracts administration, measurement, valuation, cost control and all aspects of post contract quantity surveying works for fitting out contract; 
  • Manage the preparation of payment application, variation, claims and following up the payment certification;
  • Involve with the negotiation and settlement of final account;
  • Provide extensive support to the Project Team on contractual matters;
  • Assist in generating internal and external reports.

Requirements:

  

  • Diploma holder or above in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies or equivalent.
  • 3+ years relevant working experience.
  • Strong numerical sense especially in claims, cost and contractual aspects.
  • A strong team player and able to work under pressure.
  • Well versed in MS Office applications.
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese and Putonghua, written and spoken

Candidate with less experience will be considered as “Assistant Quantity Surveyor”

Assistant Safety Supervisor/ Safety Supervisor

Responsibilities: 

  • Monitor work progress and manage workmanship on site to ensure project quality could meet client’s standards.
  • Perform safety training, conduct site visit and prepare inspection report.
  • Prepare necessary safety reports & statistics with recommendations.
  • Conduct and support regular safety audits and safety reviews respectively.
  • Attend site meeting upon the safety of the project works issues if required.
  • Provide safety and quality services to management, employees and contractors.

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder in occupational health and industrial safety or Safety Supervisor Certificate.
  • At least 1 year of solid experience in construction site safety field.
  • Safety audit experience preferred.
  • Knowledge in safety/environmental related ordinances/regulations.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office including Chinese Word Processing.
  • Initiative, well organised, communicative and hardworking.
