CAD Assistant Designer (Fitting-out)

Responsibilities: 


  • Responsible for handling full set of design process.
  • Prepare the updates of shopdrawings in accordance with latest design intention
  • Assist the team in preparing sketches and design presentation for clients.
  • Liaise with relevant parties prior, during and after construction / upgrading works to ensure design quality and alignment with client’s requirements


Requirements: 


  • Diploma holder in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent with knowledge in furniture design and building regulations.
  • At least 2 year working experience in Interior / fitting out work or construction field; preferably with knowledge in furniture design and building regulations.
  • Good drafting technique and knowledge with AutoCAD & perspective drawing. Proficiency in SolidWorks would be a definite advantage.
  • Self-motivated, mature, initiative and able to work under pressure.
  • Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua.
  • Candidate with less experience may be considered as Draftsman.

Senior Site Supervisor/ Site Supervisor

Responsibilities: 

  • Reporting to Project Managers, monitor work progress and manage workmanship on site to ensure project quality could meet client’s standards
  • Liaise with both internal (project team and design team) and external parties to facilitate site progress according to project schedule
  • Assist to conduct safety control measures on site
  • Handle site documents and assist to maintain proper documentation at site


Requirements: 

  • Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years’ relevant working experience in interior contracting.
  • Knowledge of site measurement and quantity surveying is preferred.
  • Good communication and site management skills.
  • Self-motivated, independent, responsible and hardworking.
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Candidate with less experience may be considered as Site Supervisor

Senior Officer, Project Excellence

Responsibilities: 


  • Identify and report on site for issues and/or deviation in terms of quality and/or workmanship against expectations of the clients
  • Report on progress against the set milestone of programme
  • Report the located issues, including the analysis of the causes, and coordinate with relevant parties for solutions
  • Play a significant and impartial role in the given project(s) on quality control and risks prevention, and report to the Senior Management on a timely basis to avoid affecting the agreed programme


Requirements: 


  • Higher Diploma/ Degree holder in Construction Management/ Building Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Extensive experience in the capacity of Senior Clerk of Works in building construction field, as well as proven expertise on high specification in interior fitting-out works
  • Prior project references in residential and/or hospitality development projects would be preferred
  • Conversant with interior fit-out nature, A&A work, contractual and design documents to ensure compliance of the Company as well as its sub-contractors with prevailing regulations
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in MS applications and project management programmes
  • Systematic and detail-oriented quick learner

Project Design Manager

Responsibilities: 


  • Responsible for interpreting and converting the client’s design in detailed shop drawings for site progress
  • Liaise with clients/ designers/ consultants and internal parties to ensure the client’s expectations are met through the Company’s design development and engineering work
  • Inspect the works performed by the Company (or the sub-contractors) to ensure the works are conformed to approved drawings
  • Identify and communicate on any feasibility issues in execution within any part of design that falls within the Company’s scope of works


Requirements: 


  • Degree or above in Architecture, Interior Design, Building Studies or relevent disciplines
  • Extensive management experience with proven track record in project managing from interior design perspectives to support running full project cycles
  • Strong technical background, with solid knowledge in specifications, technical and legal standards related to give project’s scope of works
  • Prior project references in residential and/or hospitality development projects would be preferred
  • Task-oriented, possess good time management and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS applications and project management programmes
  • Able to work independently under tight schedule and pressure

Project Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide administrative support for designated Project Teams on regular reporting, correspondence exchange and document circulation  
  • Manage internal databases and filing records to maintain proper documentation
  • Assist in adaptation of new programme/ systems in daily site matters
  • Provide occasional support for office administration matters  
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks & assignments


Requirements: 

  • Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years’ administrative/ clerical experience; previous experience in interior contracting / construction firm will be an advantage  
  • Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of written English & Chinese  
  • Excellent attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Hardworking, self-motivated and able to work under pressure and independently

Logistics Coordinator

  Responsibilities: 


· Responsible for daily logistics operations tasks, such as handling correspondence on logistics matters and stocktaking at warehouse.

· Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure a smooth run of logistics flow and on-schedule delivery

· Assist to prepare shipping documents

· Maintain up-to-date inventory records

· Prepare and consolidate data for reports to management in an accurate manner.

 

Requirements: 


· Diploma holder in logistics/ supply chain management or relevant discipline

· 2+ years’ solid experience in logistics operations

· Proficient in MS applications; experience of applying ERP systems at work would be a definite advantage.

· Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).

· Good communication skills and outgoing personality.

· Pro-active, well organized, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

· Occasional outdoor work is required.

· Candidate with less experience would be considered as Logistics Assistant

Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities: 


  • Handle contracts administration, measurement, valuation, cost control and all aspects of post contract quantity surveying works for fitting out contract
  • Manage the preparation of payment application, variation, claims and following up the payment certification
  • Involve with the negotiation and settlement of final account
  • Provide extensive support to the Project Team on contractual matters
  • Assist in generating internal and external reports


Requirements: 


  • Diploma holder or above in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies or equivalent
  • 3+ years relevant working experience
  • Strong numerical sense especially in claims, cost and contractual aspects
  • A strong team player and able to work under pressure
  • Well versed in MS Office applications
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese and Putonghua, written and spoken
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as “Assistant Quantity Surveyor"
