(Assistant) Business Development Manager - Building Materials

Responsibilities: 

   

  • Lead, coach and care for the team to deliver total sales solution to clients 
  • Able to analyse, plan, execute and review the outcome in achieving and exceed ambitious sales targets and business growth objectives
  • Responsible for products sourcing, sales and marketing as well as brand building


Requirements:


  • Higher Diploma holders or relevant discipline preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, experience in public sector projects is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge in Building Materials is a must, experience in sanitary ware will be an advantage.
  • Possess experience in serving public sector projects and able to understand the need of the customers when preparing offers
  • A self-starter, work independently, comes with strong network and contacts in the project market
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Business Development Manager

Assistant Business Development Manager

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales management experience, knowledge in bathroom or kitchen products is preferred but not essential
  • Possess experience in serving property projects and able to understand the need of the customers when preparing offers
  • A self-starter, work independently, comes with strong network and contacts in the project market
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Business Development Manager or Senior Business Development Executive

Logistics Officer/ Assistant Logistics Officer

Responsibilities: 

  

  • Handle all-rounded order processing and logistics duties to ensure smooth and just-in-time shipment, including but not limited to placing & confirm orders, prepayment arrangement, shipment arrangement & follow-up, goods receiving and landed cost reviewing.
  • Work closely with related departments to follow up goods-receiving issues, shipment discrepancy and RMA case for insurance claims and payment reconciliation.
  • Follow up on full-set shipping documents, including proforma invoice, good receiving forms, I/E & L/C documents and etc.
  • Take immediate actions for shipment delay and damage issues to reduce impact of delivery.


Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Logistics or related disciplines.
  • At least 1-2 years relevant experiences, preferably obtained in building materials supply industry.
  • Knowledge in project logistics will be a definite advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Applications (excel & word).
  • Proficient in English and Chinese word processing.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Detail-minded, patience, a good team-player.
  • Immediately available will be a strong advantage.

E-commerce Executive

Responsibilities

  • Promote company e-commerce platform through online and offline channel to current and potential customers.
  • Ensure all information on the e-platform are up-to-day, include but not limited to product information, price, inventory and etc.
  • Handle online enquiries in helpful and on time manner to improve customers’ satisfaction.
  • Assist in order follow up, logistic planning, inventory control and delivery arrangement.
  • Analysis business data for decision maker to improve sales volume and market share.


Requirements

  • Degree in Business or related disciplines.
  • 1-2 years working experience in B2B or B2C e-commerce in any industry, experience in sanitary ware / kitchen / furniture would be an advantage.
  • Experience in PIM, Epicor or Magento preferred but not necessary.
  • A proactive team player equipped with good communication & people management skills and hands-on attitude to resolve problems.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
