Responsibilities:
- Be part of the Group HR Team to provide comprehensive HR services to designated business unit(s) as a business partner
- Responsible for monthly payroll administration, monitoring leave and attendance records, support insurance affairs and maintain daily HRIS operations
- Handle regular HR internal reports for analytics presenting to the Management
- Assist in maintaining data quality of personnel databases, and preparing HR documentation for the full employment cycle
- Liaise with internal & external parties for continuous HR digital transformation process
- Handle other ad-hoc assignments as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
- 5+ years solid experience from in-house HR position
- Well versed in HR-related Ordinances is essential
- Knowledge in Macau employment ordinance & experience in HRIS implementation will be a strong advantage
- Meticulous, self-motivated, open-minded and persistent in problem-solving
- Able to work with all levels of colleagues in a dynamic environment
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate availability will be a definite advantage

- Process Mapping Assistance:
- Support the mapping of current business processes and assist in identifying areas for improvement
- Contribute to the design of optimized business processes
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams
- Assist in conducting status meetings and providing updates on project progress
- Testing and Validation Support:
- Assist in the development of test cases and participate in user acceptance testing
- Validate that solutions meet business requirements and address identified issues
- Documentation Maintenance:
- Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring its accuracy and relevance
- Ensure documentation is accessible to relevant stakeholders
- Learning and Development:
- Actively engage in learning opportunities to enhance business analysis skills
- Seek mentorship from senior team members to accelerate professional growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Exposure to CRM, ERP, or BI concepts is a plus
